Welcome to our film and television post-production services. Before using this website and related services, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. Accessing or commissioning a project signifies your full understanding and agreement to these terms.
I. Service Content
Our company provides professional film and television post-production services, including but not limited to film editing, color grading, visual effects (VFX), animation packaging, and audio post-production. All services are customized based on the client’s specific project needs.
II. Billing and Payment Method
All our services are charged on a one-time project basis (One-time Purchase), without subscriptions or recurring automatic deductions.
Project quotations will be confirmed after evaluation based on content complexity, duration, production cycle, and technical requirements.
After confirming the quotation, the client must pay a prepayment of the agreed percentage, and the project will officially begin production.
The client must pay the remaining balance before the project is completed and the final cut is delivered.
All fees are settled in one lump sum and do not include any automatic renewals or continuous subscription services.
Additional costs may apply if the client requires modifications or new content; these will be quoted separately based on the actual workload. III. Project Delivery
The project delivery time is based on the production cycle confirmed by both parties. If the client delays in providing materials or making revisions, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
IV. Copyright and Usage Rights
After the client completes full payment, the client owns the right to use the completed project footage. Our company reserves the right to use the work for portfolio display and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
V. Cancellation and Refund
If the client unilaterally cancels the service after the project has started, the paid fee will be settled based on the completed work. The uncompleted portion can be refunded through negotiation or converted into service credit. Unconditional full refunds are not supported.
VI. Terms and Conditions Modification
Our company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
