- What post-production services do you provide?
We offer full-process post-production services, including editing, color grading, visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, animation, sound design and mixing, etc., and can provide customized services according to project needs.
- Do you support remote collaboration?
Yes. We can complete the entire project process online, including needs communication, material transfer, production review, and final delivery. Clients can complete the collaboration without being physically present.
- What is the project payment method?
We use a one-time project-based pricing model, with pricing based on the complexity, duration, and content of the project. An advance payment is required after confirming the quote to start the project, and the balance is due before the final product is delivered.
- How long is the production cycle?
The production cycle depends on the type and complexity of the project. Simple editing typically takes 3–7 business days, while complex VFX or feature-length projects may require 2–4 weeks or longer, depending on the schedule after project confirmation.
- Can the final product be edited? Yes. We typically offer 1-3 rounds of free basic revisions (depending on the project). Any additional revisions beyond this will be charged separately based on the actual content of the changes.
- Do you support expedited projects?
Yes. Expedited projects will be assessed based on the current schedule and may incur additional expedited fees.
- Who owns the copyright to the finished product?
After full payment for the project, the right to use the finished product belongs to the client. Our company reserves the right to use the work for display and promotion, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- What if the project is cancelled midway?
If the project has already started, payment will be settled based on the amount of work completed. Unfinished work can be negotiated. Unconditional full refunds are not supported.
