I. Delivery Method
All post-production deliverables provided by our company are delivered as digital files, without any physical product transportation. Delivery methods include, but are not limited to, cloud download links, file transfer platforms (such as cloud storage, FTP), or email.
Clients can choose a suitable delivery method based on project requirements. We will ensure the security and integrity of files during transmission.
II. Delivery Time
Project delivery time is based on the production cycle confirmed by both parties. Provided the client provides complete materials on time and confirms any revisions, we will deliver the final cut or interim deliverables according to the agreed schedule. If the progress is delayed due to the client’s delayed provision of materials or feedback, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
III. File Retention and Download
After project delivery, we will retain file backups for a certain period by default (usually 7–30 days, subject to project agreement). After the retention period, relevant project files may be deleted, and clients are required to download and back them up promptly.
IV. File Integrity and Verification
Clients should promptly check the completeness and quality of the content upon receiving the files. If any file is found to be corrupted or missing, please contact us within the specified time (usually 3 business days) for processing.
V. Risk Statement
As digital files rely on network transmission, they may be affected by network environment, third-party platforms, or device factors. We will make every effort to ensure secure file transmission, but we are not liable for download failures caused by client network or storage device problems.
VI. Special Circumstances
For projects involving very large files or special formats, segmented transmission or customized delivery methods may be used. The specific plan will be confirmed with the client before project execution.
