I. Scope of Application
This refund policy applies to all film and television post-production services provided by our company, including editing, color grading, special effects, animation packaging, and related digital content delivery services.
Since the services provided by our company are customized digital service products, actual human and resource costs are incurred once production begins. Therefore, this refund policy is subject to the following conditions.
II. Refund Instructions
- Before Project Start:* If the project has not yet entered the production stage after the client has paid the fees, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued (if payment channel fees have been incurred, they will be borne by the client).
- Project Started but Not Completed:* If the client unilaterally terminates the project after it has entered the production process, the fees will be settled based on the completed work, and the remaining amount can be refunded through negotiation.
- Project Completed or Delivered:* Once the project deliverables are delivered (including the initial or final version files), the service is considered complete, and refunds are not supported.
III. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not supported in the following situations:
Confirmed finished product and completed delivery
Repeated revisions or changes due to client reasons
Client failure to provide feedback within the agreed timeframe, resulting in project delays
Unjustified refund requests due to subjective aesthetic differences
IV. Revision and After-Sales Support
During the project service period, we typically provide a agreed number of free revision rounds (based on the contract or quotation). Requests exceeding the scope of revisions will be charged separately.
